Flat Rate Cleaning Packages
Our flat rate cleaning packages at Mobley United Cleanings offer upfront pricing based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home. These packages assume standard home sizes and cleanliness, with services outlined in our comprehensive cleaning checklist. This checklist includes all the essential tasks to keep a typical home clean and fresh.
In rare cases, your cleaner may need to provide a requote upon arrival if your home is significantly larger than expected or in extreme condition (e.g., hoarding or extended periods without cleaning).
Flat rate packages are ideal if you want to know your costs upfront, if the services in our checklist cover your home’s needs, or if your home is of a standard size and condition.

Move-Out Cleaning:
Ideal for those who are too busy to clean during a move, this package offers deep cleaning, including the interior of fridges, ovens, and cabinets. Select this service if you’re moving out and your home will be completely empty.
Heavy-Duty Cleaning:
Designed for homes that require more than a deep clean, such as those with excessive pet fur, clutter, or post-construction mess. If you’re unsure, we may recommend this service after evaluating your home’s condition.
